Refund policy
Refund request should be mailed to us at customercare@grannysherbal.com.
Refund is only initiated if the product is damaged at the time of delivery and refund for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Important Notice
We do not accept returns on opened merchandise.
Granny's Herbal is not responsible for damage's of the merchandise after delivery of the product.
Please allow one to two weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. We also allow exchange if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
We at Granny's Herbal give first priority to satisfaction of our customers and we will respond to the refund request through the mail during the working hours.
